I made a logo😹

Sometimes my creativity happens smoothly and easily, and I’ll be able to come up with something off the top of my head. Other times it takes days, weeks, months, even years for me to figure something out in my head. If you ever wanted to know if someone uses AI slop or not, just pay attention to their inconsistency as an artist. You can’t fake your flaws.

Today, I’m not sure how, but somehow it popped into my head what logo I should make for my brand. It’s hilarious because my username literally says what the logo should be, but I wanted my cat, Phryne, to be the mascot of my brand. Phryne is a black Japanese bobtail, and that’s not easy to pair with a tangerine. I also, as much as I adore Min Yoongi, did not want to base my brand logo on him. While my username is a nod to him, that’s not what my brand is about.

Suddenly is occurred to me, I absolutely LOVE animals wearing stuff on their heads. Like little plants growing out the top of their head (Pokemon fans you understand this), and snakes wearing hats. Have you ever looked that up, photos of snakes wearing hats? If a ball python wearing a bunny hat doesn’t cure your fear of snakes then I dunno what will (for the record I adore snakes).

Why not have a Phryne cat wearing a tangerine? And not a tangerine hat, just a tangerine sitting on top of her head.

So what came out of that idea is now the logo everywhere AND it’s available as a sticker in my shop:
